The Ordinary Moments – Tea at the Sea

20140406-160900.jpg

This is for the moments that have become much more ordinary since the clock change. The extra hours worth of daylight before bed that have opened up the possibility of post pre-school picnics and getting out and actually doing something other than scurrying home before it gets dark.

And it seems everybody agrees as this is the first voluntary cuddle i have managed to capture on camera, in fact it is one of the first voluntary cuddles full stop! Its very grainy because i had to brighten it up due to the sun behind them, but i still love it all the same :)

This post is linked up with Mummy, Daddy, Me for the Ordinary Moments. Sharing a normal, everyday moment that captures the essence of family life. Nothing special, nothing remarkable but a memory that you don’t want to forget. AKA the nice part of my blog (usually).

I always think that with twins, once you get past the hard bit it must be absolutely amazing to have a build in playmate at home :) will hopefully mean you are pestered every making minute to play! x

That’s a really nice post – my oldest has always wanted to hug her baby sister a little too much (usually almost choking her!) so I’ve never had to deal with this. I can imagine that seeing their relationship change, and your older son accepting his brother is special to watch. Xx

What a beautiful picture. And you are back! Yaaaaaaay! I love the photo of them and I like pottymouthedmummy am completely envious of you living by the sea. And in Brighton. If I could live anywhere in the UK I think it would be Brighton. x

Gorgeous picture of your two lovely boys. Must be so nice to be able to pop to the beach on the way home.
Weirdly I had a dream about visiting Brighton last week and have made hubby promise to take me. Apparently I went once when I was about 2 but that really doesn’t count! xx

How amazing that you get to pop to the sea in the evenings. So jealous you are so very lucky. This picture is stunning, gorgeous, beautiful, a framer to say the very least. I love sibling love and to capture it like this is bittersweet with the sun setting. What lovely ordinary but amazing moment.
